Nothing helps to reset and recharge your digestive system like a delicious super-food power smoothie. Smoothies  are one of my favorite ways to start the day especially when I know I'm going to have a jam-packed day of working on my feet.


They are SO simple to make and so easy to swap in your favorite fruit and veggies. By combining the right combination of ingredients, you can create smoothies that taste great and may even help you lose weight if that is your goal for the summer 2019.


Today I am sharing Three  easy recipes that are perfect as a part of a healthy breakfast, pre or post workout snack or a quick pick me up to help keep you full until your next meal.


Most of these are only 3  Ingredients  or less and full of fiber, protein, and healthy fats and are also completely  SUGAR FREE, banana-free, vegan / dairy-free.


Tropical Green Detox Smoothie


Thanks to the natural sweetness from the  pineapple  and  green grapes  AND the refreshing zing from the  lemon  and  ginger,  it does not taste like you are drinking all those greens.


This green detox smoothie recipe is loaded with antioxidants, vitamin-rich greens and tastes refreshing and delicious.


Tropical Green Detox Smoothie Ingredients:



  • 2 cups spinach

  • 2 cups water or coconut water

  • 1 cup frozen pineapples

  • 1 cup green grapes

  • 1/2 celery rib

  • 1/8 inch knob of ginger

  • 1/2 tablespoon fresh lemon juice

    Skinny Orange Julius:



    • 1/3 cup  almond milk  or milk of your choice

    • 3 large oranges peeled

    • 1/2 teaspoon  pure vanilla extract

    • 1/2 teaspoon vanilla powdered protein

    • 1 cup ice




    Blueberry Blackberry Kale Smoothie:



    • 1/2 cup water or coconut water

    • 1/2 cup kale

    • 4-5 fresh blackberries

    • 2 cups frozen blueberries

    • 1 cup frozen pineapple chunks



    Instructions




    1. Blend on high until smooth smooth or until desired consistency is reached. Feel free to add more or less water as well as a sweetener of your choice depending on your preference.




    2.For each separate smoothie, add all the ingredients to a high-performance blender in the order as they appear.
