THE PROGRAM, WHAT WE DO


October 27th – November 2nd Mid-Autumn Retreat by Suzanne Faith.


Suzanne Faith is a Globally renowned teacher who’s teachings come from deep within her heart. She blesses us with a lifetime of training under some of the World’s best teachers from the Iyengar, Ashtanga & Anusara lineages.


She encourages students to dissolve barriers and move through an intelligent practice in order to create more intimacy with breath, awareness and community.


Her classes include progressive sequencing anchored in the ancient teachings & philosophies that she is so passionate about sharing.


THE ACOMMODATION


 


TYPICAL DAY


This retreat starts on the Sunday lunchtime with check-in followed by a lunch, then a welcome session in the yurt and late afternoon Yoga.


On the Monday, Wednesday & Friday in the morning we hike to some beautiful local spots with an expert guide from Walking Ibiza www.walkingibiza.com (the hikes are usually medium level so it works for the group.) We practice yoga in the afternoon followed by free-time or the opportunity to book in some healing treatments.


On the Tuesday & Thursday morning we practice yoga in our magical yurt followed by free time/treatments later in the morning. We practice yoga again in the afternoon followed by more free-time/treatments





    • Sunday: Check-in (Midday), Lunch (2:30pm), Welcome Yoga (4pm), Dinner (7:30pm)

    • Monday: Breakfast (8:45am), Hike (9:45am-1:45pm), Lunch (2-3pm), Free-time (3-4pm), Afternoon Yoga (4-5:30pm), Free-time/Healing Treatments (5:45-7:15pm), Dinner (7:30pm)

    • Tuesday: Sunrise Yoga (8-9:30am), Breakfast (9:40am), Free-time/Healing Treatments (10:40am-1:40pm), Lunch (2pm), Afternoon Yoga (4-5:30pm), Free-time/Healing Treatments (5:45-7:15pm), Dinner (7:30pm)

    • Wednesday: Breakfast (8:45am), Hike (9:45am-1:45pm), Lunch (2-3pm), Free-time (3-4pm), Afternoon Yoga (4-5:30pm), Free-time/Healing Treatments (5:45-7:15pm), Dinner (7:30pm)

    • Thursday: Sunrise Yoga (8-9:30am), Breakfast (9:40am), Free-time/Healing Treatments (10:40am-1:40pm), Lunch (2pm), Afternoon Yoga (4-5:30pm), Free-time/Healing Treatments (5:45-7:15pm), Dinner (7:30pm)

    • Friday: Breakfast (8:45am), Hike (9:45am-1:45pm), Lunch (2-3pm), Free-time (3-4pm), Afternoon Yoga (4-5:30pm), Freetime/Healing Treatments (5:45-7:15pm), Dinner (7:30pm)

    • Saturday: Breakfast (8:30am), Guests depart (by 10:30am




THE FOOD


We follow a luxury vegan diet of 3 meals per day prepared by our resident Chef Ally. We all eat together around the kitchen table or sometimes outside.
