Teacher Lauren Lee is an E-RYT 500 Hour Anusara-Inspired teacher who lives, loves and learns around the globe. She aims to create sacred opportunities for students to explore and connect to their heart through the practices and philosophies of yoga.
She effortlessly guides practitioners through intelligently sequenced classes, layered with themes that explore the full spectrum of life, further attuning, awakening and alchemizing the physical and subtle bodies. Lauren’s intelligently sequenced classes are inspired by the Hatha, Anusara and Vinyasa lineages, and aim to nourish and integrate the physical and subtle bodies.
Renowned Breath Coach & Author Rebecca Dennis studied Transformational Breath with founder Judith Kravitz and has worked with other influential trainers around the world. Rebecca specialises in treating issues such as stress, anxiety, addiction, depression, trauma, insomnia, concentration, low energy and physical problems. She continues to study with inspirational teachers from all over the world and fervently believes that conscious breath work is the ultimate key to our well-being, health and inner peace.
The villa has been owned and lovingly nurtured by the same family for 50 years. It has 2 pools with sun-beds, a tennis court with rackets and balls provided, a magical yurt where we practice yoga, an outdoor deck and an outdoor fire pit all set in beautiful mature grounds with a citrus grove. On the Monday, Wednesday & Friday in the morning we hike to some beautiful local spots with an expert guide from Walking Ibiza www.walkingibiza.com (the hikes are usually medium level so it works for the group.) We practice yoga in the afternoon followed by free-time or the opportunity to book in some healing treatments.
On the Tuesday & Thursday morning we practice yoga in our magical yurt followed by free time/treatments later in the morning. We practice yoga again in the afternoon followed by more free-time/treatments.
We follow a luxury vegan diet of 3 meals per day prepared by our resident Chef Ally. We all eat together around the kitchen table or sometimes outside.
