Right below a pine forest, Cala Salada is a beautiful, rustic beach that seems to have been relatively unscathed by the overdevelopment of its neighboring areas.
Here, nature abounds with a small strip of sand, very few sun beds, and clean turquoise water, which make it another popular choice for those looking to escape the noise, hustle and bustle of San Antonio, even if it is farther away than other cozy coves from the town, so getting there by car is recommended. This beach is not all about relaxation, though, given that it's possible to jump to the water from the surrounding cliffs, though it's not safe to leap from every spot, so be careful when choosing the right spot and when leaping. There's also a nearby cave with paintings dating back to the Bronze Age.
